APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-seven thousand dollars | 0017| ($67,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0018| legislative council service for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 | 0019| for the purpose of installing, advertising and operating a | 0020| toll-free telephone line during the second session of the | 0021| forty-third legislature.
