SEVERANCE TAX BONDS--CLARIFYING PURPOSES-- | 0018| APPROPRIATION.--Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsections F | 0019| through N of Section 16 of Chapter 148 of Laws 1994, the | 0020| appropriations in those subsections from severance tax bond | 0021| proceeds to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for various | 0022| capital outlay purposes for each of the headstart programs in | 0023| the communities of Coal Mine, Navajo, Rock Springs, Tsa-Ya-Toh, | 0024| Crystal, Manuelito, Mexican Springs, Tohatchi and Twin Lakes | 0025| located in McKinley and San Juan counties may be expended by | 0001| each community for any or all of the purposes stated in the | 0002| subsection appropriating the proceeds to that community. | 0003| Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public | 0004| peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately. | 0005|  |
