  Mr. President:
  
      Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                     HOUSE BILL 154, as amended
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
      
      1.  Strike Senate Public Affairs Committee Amendment 3.
  
      2.  On page 2, strike lines 20 through 25 in their entirety and
  insert in lieu thereof the following new subsection:
  
          "D.  A successor to a supplier shall be bound to provide
  the same brands of alcoholic beverages to the same wholesaler who
  has those brands in this state."".
