       Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to
  whom has been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 166
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 2, line 17, strike "medical care" and insert in
  lieu thereof "health care".
  
       2.  On page 3, line 2, after "to" insert "develop plans to".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
