On page 5, line 13, after "report" insert "with the department of public safety". 2. On page 5, lines 16 and 17, strike "twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "five thousand dollars ($5,000)". 3. On page 5, lines 20 and 21, strike "connection with the financial transaction that is required in the report" and insert in lieu thereof "a report required". 4. On page 7, line 6, strike "a monetary instrument" and insert in lieu thereof "the property". 5.
