0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF NEW MEXICO

0012|     STATE UNIVERSITY FOR DEVELOPMENT AND DISSEMINATION OF

0013|     EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS REGARDING THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF

0014|     NOXIOUS WEEDS.

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0017|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Ten thousand dollars ($10,000)
    |
0018|     is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents
    |
0019|     of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0020|     1998 for the purpose of developing and disseminating
    |
0021|     educational materials regarding the prevention and control of
    |
0022|     noxious weeds.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0023|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the
    |
0024|     general fund.
