APPROPRIATION.--One million dollars | 0017| ($1,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0018| commission on higher education for expenditure in fiscal year | 0019| 1998 for the purpose of developing, expanding and supporting | 0020| broad-based entry-level high technology training programs at | 0021| community colleges statewide, including instructors, curriculum | 0022| implementation, laboratory development, equipment operation and | 0023| maintenance support. Each community college that receives | 0024| funds for the program shall provide an equal amount of funding | 0025| from a source other than the general fund.
