CONSUMER PRODUCT INFORMATION--IMPROPER | 0017| INTERFERENCE IN BUSINESS COMPETITION BY STATE GOVERNMENT.-- | 0018| A. No state agency, county or political subdivision | 0019| shall endorse the viability of a particular household consumer | 0020| product or promote the use of one commercial product over | 0021| another. No state agency, county or political subdivision | 0022| shall provide information on household hazardous substances | 0023| unless the information is competent and reliable. | 0024| B.
