APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars | 0017| ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board | 0018| of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in | 0019| fiscal year 1998 to the cooperative extension service for the | 0020| purpose of continuing research and demonstration programs at | 0021| the agricultural experiment station in the village of Alcalde. | 0022| Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of | 0023| fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund. | 0024| .115037.1 |
