APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars | 0017| ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state | 0018| department of public education for expenditure in fiscal year | 0019| 1998 for the purpose of conducting a study to determine the | 0020| feasibility of a second high school to serve students in the | 0021| northern section of the Bernalillo school district located in | 0022| Sandoval county.
