COUNSELING REQUIRED PRIOR TO DISSOLUTION OF | 0016| MARRIAGE.-- | 0017| A. In any proceeding for the dissolution of | 0018| marriage in which a judgment or decree will be entered awarding | 0019| the custody of a minor, the court shall require that the | 0020| parties undergo counseling. Costs for the counseling shall be | 0021| paid by the parties and may be allocated between the parties as | 0022| determined by the court. | 0023| B.
