0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE NEW MEXICO DEPARTMENT OF

0012|     AGRICULTURE FOR WATER CONSERVATION.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Ten thousand dollars ($10,000)
    |
0016|     is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico
    |
0017|     department of agriculture for expenditure in fiscal year 1998
    |
0018|     for the purpose of publishing a booklet on agricultural
    |
0019|     conservation techniques.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0020|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0021|     to the general fund.
