0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE WHEELCHAIR BASKETBALL PROGRAM

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for
    |
0018|     the purpose of continuing the wheelchair basketball program in
    |
0019|     the city of Albuquerque, including travel expenses and the
    |
0020|     purchase of new wheelchairs.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0021|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0022|     to the general fund.
