0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO EXPAND AND ENHANCE THE CRIME

0012|     STOPPERS PROGRAM.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Seventy thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($70,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the crime
    |
0017|     stoppers commission for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0018|     purpose of providing personal services, employee benefits,
    |
0019|     supplies, materials and contractual services to expand and
    |
0020|     enhance the crime stoppers program.  Any unexpended or
    |
0021|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998
    |
0022|     shall revert to the general fund.
