0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO FUND THE

0012|     PECOS VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER AMBULANCE SERVICE IN THE VILLAGE OF

0013|     PECOS LOCATED IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for
    |
0019|     the purpose of providing general operational funds to the Pecos
    |
0020|     valley medical center ambulance service in the village of Pecos
    |
0021|     located in San Miguel county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0022|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0023|     to the general fund.
