       Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 495
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, line 20, after "for" strike the remainder of
  the line and insert in lieu thereof "market rate investments for the
  severance tax permanent fund,".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
