APPROPRIATION.--One hundred seventy-five | 0016| thousand dollars ($175,000) is appropriated from the general | 0017| fund to the state highway and transportation department for | 0018| expenditure in fiscal years 1997 and 1998 for the purpose of | 0019| replacing existing lighting fixtures in the vicinity of state | 0020| highway 264 and U.S. 666 in McKinley county at the Yah-ta-hey | 0021| junction. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at | 0022| the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund. | 0023| Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public | 0024| peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately. | 0025| .114990.2 |
