       Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 602
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.   On page 3, line 4, strike "1994" and insert in lieu
  thereof "1998".
  
       2.   On page 3, line 5, after "officer" insert ", county
  commission or city governing body".
