    1.  On page 2, line 1, remove the brackets and line-through.
  
    2.  On page 2, lines 1 and 2, strike "two million one hundred
  thousand dollars ($2,100,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "plus an
  additional two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for fiscal
  year 1998 plus an additional two hundred fifty thousand dollars
  ($250,000) for fiscal year 1999 plus an additional five hundred
