  Mr. Speaker:
  
       Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                  HOUSE BILL 624, as amended
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 2, line 23, after "sale" strike ", trade".
  
       2.  On page 2, line 25, strike the first occurrence of "or"
  and insert in lieu thereof a comma.
  
       3.  On page 3, line 1, before "through" insert "any
  governmental unit of an Indian nation, tribe or pueblo in New Mexico
  or".
  
       4.  On page 4, line 3, strike the closing quotation marks and 
  between lines 3 and 4, insert the following new subsection:
  
            "I.  If any part or application of this act is held
  invalid, the remainder or its application to other situations or
  persons shall not be affected."".
