0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR COMPUTERS AT THE CROWNPOINT

0012|     INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Forty-two thousand one hundred
    |
0016|     seventy-five dollars ($42,175) is appropriated from the general
    |
0017|     fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure
    |
0018|     in fiscal year 1998 to purchase computer equipment and printers
    |
0019|     for the Crownpoint institute of technology.  Any unexpended or
    |
0020|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998
    |
0021|     shall revert to the general fund.
