On page 2, line 5, strike "and". 2. On page 2, line 7, strike the period and quotation mark and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon. 3. On page 2, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following new subsections: "E. the radio communications bureau has submitted to the legislative finance committee a detailed plan for the use of the excess capacity being leased and an assessment of how the lease will affect public sector uses; and F. income from the leases shall be deposited to the credit of the radio communications bureau and used to carry out the duties of the bureau.""., and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
