0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FOR A

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0018|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0019|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0020|     purpose of providing operational support for an officially
    |
0021|     designated community residential corrections program that
    |
0022|     provides transitional services for no more than ten residents
    |
0023|     located in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0024|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998
    |
0025|     shall revert to the general fund.
