                        HOUSE BILL 730
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, line 18, strike "a".
  
       2.  On page 1, line 19, after "in" insert "Mountainair in" and
  after "county" insert "to be constructed through the issuance of
  district general obligation bonds".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
