APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand | 0016| dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0017| office of the state fire marshal for expenditure in fiscal year | 0018| 1998 for a pilot project that uses dry fire hydrants in rural | 0019| fire districts; provided that the pilot project shall be | 0020| conducted in Taos county.
