0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE MATCHING FUNDING FOR A

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0018|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0019|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0020|     purpose of providing matching funding for a link between the
    |
0021|     very large array and the very long baseline array antenna in
    |
0022|     Pie Town in Catron county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0023|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0024|     to the general fund.
