  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       
       1.  On page 1, line 13, strike the semicolon and insert a
  period in lieu thereof.
       
       2.  On page 1, strike line 14 in its entirety.
  
       3.  On page 1, lines 17 and 18, strike "One hundred thousand
  dollars ($100,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Fifty thousand
  dollars ($50,000)".
  
       4.  On pages 1 and 2, strike Section 2 in its entirety.,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE  
  COMMITTEE.
