  Mr. Speaker:
  
       Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 820
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 4, lines 18 and 19, strike "when the employer is a
  small employer".
  
       2.  On page 5, line 8, after "employee" insert "or dependent".
  
       3.  On page 6, line 3, remove bracket and line through "and"
  and on line 4 insert an opening bracket before "J.".
  
       4.  On page 6, line 22, strike "; and" and insert a period and
  closing quotation mark.
  
       5.  On page 6, strike lines 23 through 25 and on page 7,
  strike lines 1 through 10.
