       Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 845
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.   On page 1, line 23, strike extra space between "post-"
  and "secondary".
  
       2.   On page 3, line 20, strike "articulation", and insert in
  lieu thereof "matriculation".
  
       3.   On page 7, line 25, strike "The rate limitation",
  and on page 8, strike lines 1 and 2.,
  
  and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE
  COMMITTEE.
