       Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has
  been referred
  
                        HOUSE BILL 886
                               
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 2, line 1, after the period, insert:  "If the
  department provides that the report required by this section include
  information on the size of a manufactured home, the department shall
  require that the owner not include the tongue in any measurement of
  the square footage of the manufactured home.".
  
       2.  On page 2, line 11, after the semicolon insert "and".
  
       3.  On page 2, line 14, strike "; and", strike all of line 15
  and strike line 16 up to the period.
