0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  1995 CAPITAL OUTLAY PROJECT--CHANGING
    |
0016|     PURPOSE.--The general fund appropriation in Subsection VVV of
    |
0017|     Section 33 of Chapter 222 of Laws 1995 for the Eubank
    |
0018|     elementary school shall be used to make improvements to the
    |
0019|     northwest parking lot at the Eubank elementary school in
    |
0020|     Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
