0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE NEW MEXICO MEDIA LITERACY

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state
    |
0017|     department of public education for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0018|     1998 for the New Mexico media literacy project.  Any unexpended
    |
0019|     or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year
    |
0020|     1998 shall revert to the general fund.
