0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY

0012|     FOR THE TENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT TO FUND OPERATING EXPENSES.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred seventy-seven
    |
0016|     thousand dollars ($177,000) is appropriated from the general
    |
0017|     fund to the office of the district attorney for the tenth
    |
0018|     judicial district for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of providing for operating expenses, including
    |
0020|     personnel, supplies and equipment.  Any unexpended or
    |
0021|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998
    |
0022|     shall revert to the general fund.
