0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PURCHASE BOOKS FOR THE LIBRARY AT

0012|     THE LYNDON B. JOHNSON MIDDLE SCHOOL IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Ten thousand dollars ($10,000)
    |
0016|     is appropriated from the general fund to the state department
    |
0017|     of public education for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0018|     purpose of purchasing books for the library at the Lyndon B.
    |
0019|     Johnson middle school.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0020|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the
    |
0021|     general fund.
