0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE COMMUNITY COLLEGE BOARD OF SANTA

0012|     FE COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOR THE CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM MODEL.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     community college board of Santa Fe community college for
    |
0018|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of developing
    |
0019|     an integrated child-care program model that serves the children
    |
0020|     of low-income students while providing a laboratory facility
    |
0021|     for students enrolled in certificate and degree programs in
    |
0022|     early childhood development.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0023|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0024|     to the general fund.
