0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO ESTABLISH A GRANT WRITING RESOURCE

0012|     LIBRARY THAT SERVES COLFAX, MORA AND SAN MIGUEL COUNTIES.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Four thousand dollars ($4,000)
    |
0016|     is appropriated from the general fund to the local government
    |
0017|     division of the department of finance and administration for
    |
0018|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of purchasing
    |
0019|     reference materials to establish a grant writing library that
    |
0020|     serves Colfax, Mora and San Miguel counties in their work in
    |
0021|     community development to improve the economic conditions of
    |
0022|     rural communities, develop natural resources and build
    |
0023|     leadership.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining
    |
0024|     at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general
    |
0025|     fund.
