  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.   On page 1, line 20, strike "from state road 117".
  
       2.   On page 1, line 20, after "to the" insert "Lodestar".
  
       3.   On page 2, line 1, strike "general" and insert in lieu
  thereof "road".,
  
  and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE
  COMMITTEE.
