0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR A

0012|     BORDER HEALTH FARM WORKER OUTREACH RESOURCE CENTER.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-five thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($65,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of health for expenditure by the border health
    |
0018|     office in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of developing a farm
    |
0019|     worker outreach resource center to provide referral, education
    |
0020|     and counseling services.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0021|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0022|     to the general fund.
