0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE

0012|     DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION TO PROVIDE

0013|     SUPPLEMENTAL OPERATING FUNDING FOR THE PECOS AMBULANCE SERVICE

0014|     IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

0016|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0017|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars
    |
0018|     ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0019|     government division of the department of finance and
    |

0020|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0021|     purpose of providing supplemental operating funds for the Pecos
    |
0022|     ambulance service serving portions of San Miguel county.  Any
    |
0023|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0024|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
