0011| RELATING TO CAPITAL EXPENDITURES; CHANGING THE PURPOSE OF A

0012| GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATION; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION; DECLARING

0015| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016| Section 1. GENERAL FUND--DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND
|
0017| ADMINISTRATION--CHANGE IN PURPOSE--APPROPRIATION.--The balance
|
0018| of the general fund appropriation made to the department of
|
0019| finance and administration pursuant to Subsection LL of Section
|
0020| 21 of Chapter 4 of Laws 1996 (1st S.S.) for the purpose of
|
0021| planning and designing the youth center and indoor swimming
|
0022| pool in the village of Ruidoso located in Lincoln county shall
|
0023| not be expended for its original purpose but is appropriated to
|
0024| the local government division of the department of finance and
|
0025| administration for designing and constructing the youth center
|
0001| complex, including fields, restrooms, a recreation center and
|
0002| an aquatic center, in the village of Ruidoso in Lincoln county.
|
0003| Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
|
0004| peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.
