0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS OF SAN MIGUEL

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Forty-one thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($41,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0017|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0018|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of contracting for aerial photographs to be made of
    |
0020|     sections of San Miguel county to be used in the county
    |
0021|     assessor's office as well as in other departments.  Any
    |
0022|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0023|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
