0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE STUDY AND

0012|     MASTER PLAN IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0017|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0018|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of conducting a land use study as well as public
    |
0020|     hearings, providing for a land use consultant and recommending
    |
0021|     a land use master plan in San Miguel county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0022|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998
    |
0023|     shall revert to the general fund.
