0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE PARENTS AS TEACHERS PROGRAM IN

0012|     THE RUIDOSO MUNICIPAL SCHOOLS LOCATED IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state
    |
0017|     department of public education for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0018|     1998 to fund the parents as teachers program in the Ruidoso
    |
0019|     municipal schools.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0020|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the
    |
0021|     general fund.
