APPROPRIATION.-- | 0016| A. One hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) | 0017| is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents | 0018| of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year | 0019| 1998 for the following purposes: | 0020| (1) thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for a | 0021| gender equity program for assistant coaches; | 0022| (2) forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) for | 0023| men's athletic scholarships in the grants-in-aid program for | 0024| room, board, tuition, fees and books; and | 0025| (3) forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) for | 0001| women's athletic scholarships in the grants-in-aid program for | 0002| room, board, tuition, fees and books. | 0003| B.
