                          SENATE BILL 501
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 2, line 9, strike "two others" and insert "one
  other".
  
      2.  On page 2, lines 11 after "person" insert ", reflective of
  statewide representation" and strike the rest of the line and strike
  line 12.
