0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO INCREASE OPERATING FUNDS FOR THE

0012|     OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY IN THE FOURTH JUDICIAL

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred forty-six thousand
    |
0017|     dollars ($246,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     administrative office of the district attorney for expenditure
    |
0019|     in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of increasing operating
    |
0020|     funds for the office of the district attorney for the fourth
    |
0021|     judicial district.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0022|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the
    |
0023|     general fund.
