APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred thousand dollars | 0017| ($500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the supreme | 0018| court for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of | 0019| establishing and funding the court appointed special advocates | 0020| (CASA) programs throughout the state.
