DECLARATION OF LEGISLATIVE INTENT.--It is the | 0016| intent of the legislature that executive agencies implementing | 0017| the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation | 0018| Act of 1996 shall not exceed the minimum participation rates, | 0019| the sanction requirements or extend the scope of prohibited | 0020| acts as set forth in that act. | 0021| Section 2.
