0011|     MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO PROVIDE OPERATING FUNDS FOR THE

0012|     OFFICES OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY IN THE EIGHTH, NINTH AND TENTH

0013|     JUDICIAL DISTRICTS.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATIONS.-- 
    |
0017|               A.  One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is
    |
0018|     appropriated from the general fund to the office of the
    |
0019|     district attorney in the eighth judicial district for
    |
0020|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 to provide operating funds for
    |
0021|     the office of the district attorney in the eighth judicial
    |
0022|     district. 
    |
0023|               B.  One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is
    |
0024|     appropriated from the general fund to the office of the
    |
0025|     district attorney in the ninth judicial district for
    |
0001|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 to provide operating funds for
    |
0002|     the office of the district attorney in the ninth judicial
    |
0003|     district.
    |
0004|               C.  One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is
    |
0005|     appropriated from the general fund to the office of the
    |
0006|     district attorney in the tenth judicial district for
    |
0007|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 to provide operating funds for
    |
0008|     the office of the district attorney in the tenth judicial
    |
0009|     district.
    |
0010|               D.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining
    |
0011|     at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general
    |
0012|     fund.
