0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF EVALUATING AND

0012|     REPORTING ON GROWTH IMPACTS IN SIX NEW MEXICO COMMUNITIES.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board
    |
0017|     of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in
    |
0018|     fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of funding an evaluation and
    |
0019|     report on growth impacts and issues in six New Mexico
    |
0020|     communities by the school of architecture and planning.  Any
    |
0021|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0022|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
